Mr Drs J.E (Joop) van de Wint (1954) studeerde af in zowel bestuurskunde als nederlands recht aan de UvA en vestigde zich in 1988 in Amsterdam onder de naam Van de Wint advocaten. Het kantoor werd in 1998 verplaatst naar Amstelveen en is sedert 2005 wederom gevestigd te Amsterdam.

Het kantoor richt zich op de commerciële civiele praktijk ten behoeve van middelgrote en kleine ondernemingen in diverse branches met als specialisaties het ondernemingsrecht, het arbeidsrecht, het huurrecht bedrijfsruimte, het bouwrecht, distributierecht en I.E. recht.

J.E.(Joop) van de Wint LLM.MA (1954), attorney at law, studied both Public Administration (Bestuurskunde) and Law (Nederlands Recht) at the University of Amsterdam (UVA) and spent considerable time abroad before establishing Van de Wint Law Offices in 1988 in Amsterdam. Later he moved his offices to Amstelveen and in 2005 back to Amsterdam again.
