Mr O.A.M. (Oscar) Hijink studeerde af in Nederlands Recht aan de Radboud Universiteit en vestigde zich in 1995 te Nijmegen gespecialiseerd in letselschade regeling. Sinds 2006 voert hij zijn praktijk te Amsterdam.

Hijink richt zich op de procedurele aspecten bij personenschade en voert een civiele praktijk ten behoeve van middelgrote en kleine ondernemingen.

Hijink is lid van het NIS (personenschade-expert) en voltooide de Grotius i.s.m. LSA opleiding Letselschade (aspirant lid LSA). Voorts is hij lid van WAA (Werkgroep Arts en Advocaat) en PEOPIL (Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers).
